Axiom Bot – Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 15, 2025 - version: 1.0.0
Your privacy matters... at least, we think it does. While Axiom is quietly observing your server and providing assistance, we promise not to be too intrusive. Below you'll find the details of what we collect and, more importantly, what we don’t.
1. What We Collect
Axiom’s data collection is minimalist — after all, we’re just a bot, not a spy agency. We collect only the bare essentials, such as:
- User ID (Discord internal ID, for tracking your interactions... not your every move, promise)
- Username (because, well, you have one)
- Guild (Server) IDs (Axiom’s playground)
- Channel IDs (for all those wonderful commands)
- Quote entries, birthdays, and other fun bot-generated content that you provide willingly (we don’t mind the attention)
2. Why We Collect It
Why collect this data? Simple: it helps Axiom serve you better, ensuring that all commands, birthday reminders, and quote tracking are executed smoothly and with just the right touch of spooky precision.
Rest assured, we’re not out to use your data for anything untoward... well, other than making your server a little more eerie and interactive.
3. What We Don’t Collect
You’re safe with Axiom. We do not:
- Collect your private messages (unless you say something while near a microphone... just kidding... mostly).
- Track your every action (we have enough on our hands with keeping your server running smoothly).
- Share or sell your data to third parties — we’re not interested in selling your soul... yet.
4. Data Security
We protect the data we collect with reasonable care, ensuring that it stays locked in the bot’s crypt (or data storage). Axiom isn’t about causing chaos — unless, of course, you ask it to. You can rest easy knowing your data is stored securely, untouched by the outside world (or any unwelcome spirits).
5. Data Removal
Feeling a little... creeped out by Axiom's gaze? We understand. If you'd like to be erased from Axiom's memory, simply use the /forgetme
command, and we'll make your data vanish faster than a flickering light in the dark. If that command isn’t available, contact your server admin, and they’ll relay the message. No hard feelings, we promise.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we make any changes to this privacy policy, don’t worry — we’ll notify you with an update. And don’t worry, it won’t be a surprise visit from a shadowy figure. Changes will be visible through our dashboard or bot announcements, so you’ll always know if we’ve altered the way we collect, use, or store data.
7. Contact Us
If you have any questions or concerns about Axiom's data practices (or if you just want to chat about how unsettlingly helpful Axiom is), feel free to reach out. You can:
- Send a message directly to the bot developer (if you dare)
8. Final Notes
Using Axiom means you’re accepting that while your data is kept secure, it’s also part of the bot’s eerie and ever-watchful existence. If that’s unsettling, just remember: we’ll always be here, quietly running in the background... keeping an eye on things... and maybe even a whisper in the dark.
